How to activate a CD Key with free VPN

1. Fastest method

Download this tool and run: http://usaip.eu/en/USAIP.pbk
 
Select Ukraine from the list and click connect. (There are 2 Ukraine VPNs in the list, you can use any.)
 
User name: demo
Password: demo 
 
Click connect.
 
Activate your Steam CD Key as per normal
 
Done!
 
NOTE: Once the game is activated you can download and play as per normal without using a VPN. Only activation is region specific.
